County by county: each county’s own record of who has voted,
set voter by voter against the Secretary of State’s public early-voting roster.
Each brief is updated as new downloads come in, and every earlier version stays
here for the record.
This posting puts Dallas County's own early-voting records side by side with the Texas
Secretary of State's records for the same days and the same voters. It shows what both
looked like on October 22, 2026. It includes a correction we caught in review, and we show
that correction openly. The next link (Part 2: what
changed) shows the same comparison as of October 23 at 5 PM: what changed, what stayed
the same, and what is new. No voter is named, and none of this is an allegation against any
voter.
Johnson County's own list of who has voted, set voter by voter against the
Secretary of State's public early-voting record: every download of October 20, 2026.
In two of those downloads the state listed 22 Johnson voters as voting in person on
Sunday, October 18. By the state's own calendar, early voting in person did not start until
Monday. By 5:19 PM the same 22 had been moved to Monday. Meanwhile the county lists
311 mail voters. The state's roster lists 2, and no voter is on both lists.
Each side says its figures come from the other. The full brief shows the numbers,
download by download.
Tarrant County's own list of the mail ballots it has received back, set voter by voter
against the Secretary of State's public early-voting roster.
The Secretary of State says its early-voting data come directly from each county. If
that were so, the two records would match. They do not. Tarrant's file lists 11,935 ballots
received back through October 19. The state's roster, downloaded October 20, lists 9,575.
1,308 ballots Tarrant received between September 24 and October 17 are not on the state's
record, and the state removed 74 Tarrant mail voters from its record from one download
to the next.
