InferenceFor Oct 19, the state’s totals page showed more Dallas votes than Dallas County’s own count from our download of Oct 20, 1:16 PM until our download of Oct 22, 5:13 PM, when it read 105,015. By our download of Oct 22, 9:17 PM it read 77,829, against 77,828 on the state’s own list. The page says it shows what counties provide, unchanged.
