This site is at https://lostvotes.us. It is a set of static pages — there is no database, no login, and no comment system. What follows is the complete list of what happens to your data here.

What we do not collect

We run no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking scripts of our own. There are no user accounts and no comments, so there is nothing for us to store about you and no cookies set by this site.

Contact form

The contact form is hosted by Zoho Forms. When you submit it, what you type goes to Zoho and then to us by email. We keep those messages indefinitely so we can follow up and correct the record. If you write to us about a specific county or a specific number, we may quote your message — without your name or email — in an update on this site. Tell us if you would rather we did not.

Embedded video

Videos on this site are hosted on Rumble and appear in an embedded player. Nothing is loaded from Rumble until you click play. Once you do, that embed behaves as though you had visited Rumble directly: Rumble may set cookies, collect data about you, and track your interaction with the video, including tying it to your account if you are logged in there. Their privacy policy governs that, not ours.

Web server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs, in common with most websites. They may record your IP address, your browser type, the time of your visit, and which pages you requested. We use them only to see how much traffic the site gets and to diagnose problems. None of it is published except as aggregate visit counts.

Your rights

If you have sent us a message and want a copy of it, or want it deleted, ask through the contact form and we will do it. We may keep what we are obliged to keep for legal or security reasons.
